Email Templates
Email templates allow retailers to customize the content and layout of emails automatically sent to customer. These emails can be triggered by a new account being set up, an order being created or a customer requesting a new password for their account. Step 1: Navigate to Dashboard and navigate the menu on the left side of your screen down to Modules > Email Templates. See in image below:
step 2: Select the desired email you would like to edit.
Step 3: Click Edit.
At this point you will have a list available variables. They relate to different information either for your site or the customer's information {FIRST_NAME} - Customer’s First Name Step 4: Edit the text as you see fit. The ability to use HTML is available so the email can look as fancy or plain as you would like.
Step 5: Click Save to commit your changes.
