This feature determines if the featured products appear on the front of the site and how many products appear at a time. This does not have any bearing on the number of products allowed in the featured products.

Step 1: First, we are going to make a new tab and go to the back end of our site.

Step 2: To gain access, you will need to log in.

Step 3: Once you are logged in, located the gray bar. Hover over "Configuration".

Step 4: A number of options will now be available but we want to hover down the list to "Featured" and click it.

Step 5: To enable "Featured Products" on the front end of your website navigate to "Display Featured Products".

Step 6: Click "edit".

Step 7: Set to "true" or "false" in order to display featured products.

Step 8: Hit "Update" to save your changes.

Step 9: Setting Maximum Display of Featured Products. This is the maximum amount of items to display on the front page.

Step 10: Navigate to "Maximum Display of Featured".

Step 11: Choose the "edit" button.

Step 12: Type in the maximum amount of products you wish to display on the front page in the text box.

Step 13: Hit the "Update" button to save your settings.
