Each standard email address we provide comes with 250MB (megabytes) of storage. This is normally good for most of our users to store a little over a year of standard emails without large attachments.
One of the most common reasons of people's email “not working” is a full mailbox. Just like at home, if you don’t get your mail for a few days, your mailbox can fill up, usually with junk mail and catalogs, causing important letters to spill out onto the ground.
To check the % used of your email quota:
Log into your webmail.
Select “Roundcube” email reader
At the bottom left side of the screen, you will see a small pie graph along with a percentage number (highlighted in yellow below). This indicates the amount of space used and what space remains.
Because we specialize in ecommerce, and not necessarily email hosting services, if you hit your email quota we generally recommend the following:
Delete old and unneeded messages to free up space.
Utilize an email client such as Microsoft Office or Mozilla Thunderbird to download, store, and archive older messages.
