You can downgrade to a lower plan, although it depends on the terms and conditions of your contract.
In additon, when you downgrade to a lower plan it may or may not effect your website. For example, downgrading from a Platnuim plan to the Gold plan means that you have downgraded from unlimited suppliers to 1 supplier. So downgrading to this plan would mean picking your top supplier and only including that supplier's feed on your website.
If you are unhappy with your current plan you can always ask someone on the support team about what the best plan of action would be!
