New Feature: Expanded ability to modify core text/language areas via admin interface.

Improvement: Lock Price/MAP Handling.  Products table has 2 price fields. one is "products_price" (updated using QPU) and "manual_price" (updated using MAP price in OBN feed). If MAP in OBN feed > 0 and lock price is set to true, it will set producst_price field with MAP. OR if MAP in OBN feed > 0 and populate manual price for all items and manual price set to true, it will set producs_price to MAP and set lock price to true.

Improvement: Changed warehouse qty to show supplier/distributor qty. 

Improvement: Quickbooks integration upgrade to current CloudCommerce version fields

Bug Fix: "All" link on category pages

Bug Fix: Template 18: "Information" box header

Bug Fix: Package items partial stock issue. Packages including out of stock products now shows package out of stock.
